For Children

The Garnavillo Public Library offers programs for children of all ages.

• Annual Summer Reading Program
• Children's programs and story hours throughout the year.
• Holiday Craft Hours for kids on Saturdays. Check calendar for the scheduled programs.
• Book sharing between the elementary and middle schools, and Community Daycare.
• Daytime story hours for the community day care.
• After school on Wednesdays. When the Clayton Ridge school is released for an early out of Wednesdays, the library will have a program for children with a story and activities at 2:30 PM for approximately one hour on designated dates.
